Everyone struggles with motivation - artists especially. We may be working alone on private projects or potentially 5,000 miles away from those we're working with remotely. Below are three of our favorite books that we bring up frequently on the podcast that are a huge help in getting us motivated to keep going, no matter how tough it gets.

Eat That Frog!

This is one of our favorite books on the podcast. Brian Tracy breaks down the complex nature of motivation and personal time management into a very simple 21-step process in super simple format. Very highly recommended for any artist struggling to overcome the distracting pressures of social media and procrastination. Eat That Frog! on Amazon

Manage Your Day-to-Day

This is another one of our constant recommends on the show. It is essentially a collection of many different creative talents' input on overcoming procrastination and managing your time efficiently. With contributions from dozens of influential thinkers, this book is an extremely valuable asset that we keep returning to again and again. Manage Your Day-to-Day on Amazon

The War of Art

Legendary author Steven Pressfield does an incredible job of breaking down the mysterious and overwhelming concepts of creative block, procrastination, and laziness as a single enemy: Resistance. The amount of content Pressfield has provided in this book to help you overcome the enemy of Resistance is such a great resource to enable your true potential. The War of Art on Amazon
